Shipping
We ship orders typically the same day or the day after they are placed. We ship UPS ground, if your order requires alternate or expedited shipping, please call 1-800-524-3210 or 305-221-1371 to speak to a sales associate. Heavy or oversized items require special shipping, and will be quoted on a case by case basis. If you are purchasing a heavy or oversized item, please call 1-800-524-3210 or 305-221-1371 for a shipping quote.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, you can come to our location and do so in person, or call for instructions. Returns are handled individually, on a case by case basis. Any returned merchandise must have all tags and packaging, and be unused. We request that returns be done within 30 days. You are responsible for return shipping charges, so it is recommended that you ship a return via a trackable method. Please call 305-221-1371 or 1-800-524-3210 for return shipping instructions.
Most merchandise is returnable with a few exceptions:
- Used, non-defective items
- Climbing gear (Due to the risk of malfuntion after return)
- Bows & Crossbows (Due to the risk of malfuntion after return & Size specifications)
